If youre really just using the software as, essentially, a two track tape recorder, then either one of those DAWs will be fine - but ProTools might possibly be slightly more straight ahead. ![]() It's a bit crap because you are stuck with only the pro tools stock plugins, but it's also good because they are pretty good and you get them (and pro tools) for free. Unfortunately with pro tools first, you are limited to plugins from the Avid store.
